Replacement Cleats. For those that don't know these go on the bottom of the Clipless shoes. We recommend that you change you cleats about every 6 months for the average racer. If you ride 3 or more times a week every week then maybe about ever 4 months. If you keep clipping out when you come out of the gate you probably need to replace your cleats. |
